Abstract

This is the abstract to all that will follow. It will in no way make up for or act as an umbrella to the kinds of things that may end up here. But the following is a general statement of intent, if i should be so bold.

This blog, unlike my other antithesis blog, will talk extensively about ongoing philosophical issues at the heart of political events. It isn't going to be dedicated to international politics or particularly, american politics per se, unless something really revealing is happening. But generally, this blog is to reflect some of the absurdity that goes unnoticed. Yes, american politics are absurd, but im talking about the revealingly absurd, the things that we dont expect, or the things that reveal things about the world in which we live. The blog is called more bad news, but really, i dont think any of it is bad news. And to pretentiously quote myself in my own intro, the very existence of bad news is a sign that the world is aiming for good. Which should make anyone smile. Here we go.
