Televised Debate

The leader of the bloc quebecois spoke entirely in english during the televised debates. For a party that runs no candidates in any predominantly english-speaking ridings, except for perhaps the few that are closer to ontario or montreal, one might expect him to answer his questions in the language of his voters.

perhaps his voters will vote that way even if he does not talk in their language during a televised debate on topics of the federal election.

but what really ought to be addressed is why a man is allotted time to speak predominantly to people who cannot vote for him, while the leader of the Green Party was denied a spot in the debate.
